Finallly put the ZC in the rex and I can't get it to start. We wired it to according to this picture:

I'm a little confused because my stock si wiring harness has a plug that the ZC doesn't have. It's a square plug on the back of the intake manifold that opens some port or some trash, I'm not sure. I don't think that's the problem though... I'm smelling gas and I know I have spark because we tested it. Does anyone have an idea? Maybe we messed up on the wiring or something, but we are going back out there tonight to figure it out after I get some grub.. oh yeah.

Btw, not sure how different the ZC is, but I'm hearing a "CLICK" after turning the ignition over... I'll let it turn over a few times, let off, and then I hear a pop click sound (hmmm.)

 

check your battery and chasis grounds!!!!

 

do you have spark?

 

if your not getting spark,

check and make sure you got the two white wires in the correct spots, cause there are two: one small and one white, if you get them mixed up it will blow the ignitor.

 

That diagram is garbage.

We just matched the colors and it started and ran perfect. Very powerful and tourqey with the turbo..

Has a bad clutch though
