stocl ls valve springs are a joke. If you go regrinds you hav to get springs who enjoy dropping valves

Is it possible to use b16 springs and retainers?

If not I can just buy some springs and retainers from fj distributors.

Would you recomend delta regeinds? What size?

crower.com

if it was dohc vtec stuff all my new springs/retainers which make all the other brands look like pooooooooo just like my throttle bodies but for the ls world crower is the only one who cares. They developed there product like like 8 years ago when ls were still being used. 1 in 500 builds is proably an ls now so no other development from any companies will happen again.

I heard that CraneCams had some great cams for the Ls. I know that Chris swears up and down about Crower, but ive heard that the CraneCams Idle alot better. And have more power in vac. for the driveabilty factor. But I read that on evans tuning website.

Actually crower is the only ls stuff I used that I like never tried crane. I really dont mess with non vtec stuff anymore. Just sohc vtec and dohc vtec.My springs/retainers are superior to crowers vtec stuff.
