Did you make sure the universal O2 sensors were wired properly? After reading all the posts, the only thing I have to add is a faulty fuel pressure regulator or fuel return line. Before you check the FPR, disconnect the negative battery cable for about 30 seconds. Reconnect it, start the car and see if the light is still on. If the light is still on (based on all the parts you've changed) ask someone that have access to Alldata or Mitchell on Demand to check and see if there was a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that was issued for 1998 Civics regarding this check engine light issue.

have already checked micthell and was following most of its guide lines checked the stock fpr but now have another to replace it with. havent checked the return line as of yet but i guess thats my next option. anything else to look for that maybe i have left out.

ok i finnaly got around to swapping injectors and BANG!!!! that was the fix for the rich code!!! THANKS GUYS FOR THE HELP!!!! but now i am getting code 67 which is catalyst system.is there anyway around this before replacing the cat any further help is greatly appreciated!!!

if uv been dumping fuel in it for a while it will be cloged up, tray taking it foar a nice hot rip on the highway if that doesnt work you prob have to replace..

found a used cat by chance at a buddies shop and put it on and that was fix no more CEL and got through emmisions with honors.
