Hello guys..newbie here.

There are many controversies about them being forged or not..So, someone at Honda Tech im'ed me saying that he works at a Suzuki dealer and he asked the techs and they said that indeed they are forged. Forged or not they can handle good 15-20 PSIs of boost.

I am currently using them on my ride only that i am not boosted yet and to be hones they feel good and the car pulls better that what i thought.

I have some friends in my country that uses them for their turbo D series and they have had great results..

I have a friend that runs 12's sec with thm on a Y7 coupe so HELL!!! Forged or not they do provide great results. 12 second runs on a 100% full interior car on a non vtec car are good any day.

The piston comes with a floating pin style and any D series or any aftermarket rod for the D series will fit in there without any modification. The reason for the lower compresion ratios is due that the piston is slightly shorter than the Honda OEM ones. With a larger rod i believe this can be raised.

My car compresion test was 150PSI per cilynder with the cam retarded 3 degrees. With the sprocker at 0 it might me around 160-165PSI per cilinder.

Thats correct..Vitara pistons and Honda OEM 75mm pistons rings.
I am using Hastings rings. They sealed neatly and perfectly on specs. Theyre Chromoly rings and can hold good amounts of boost too.

post those pictures!

to post pictures......

go to a web hosting site such as www.pix8.com (its 100% free, no sign up, nothin) upload your picture, its very user friendly. then its gonna take you to a page and it says something in there about halfway down like, use this picture in a forum.... it will be a http address...highlight that and right-click, copy. then come back to homemadeturbo.com and go back to your thread and click on the little image YABBC tab above. its under the S with the line though it. anyways, you click on that, and two image brackets will come up [img][img] in the middle of the ][ you put the cursor, and paste the address there so the [img] is at both ends of the address. that all there is to it. also make sure your pictures arent huge before posting.

-one other thing, its alot easier to have 2 windows open, one for pix8 and one for homemadeturbo.com
