are d series trannys interchangeable i just took out the 4 spped in my civic and put a 5 speed in and a new clutch 5 speed dosnt work i only get 4th grear maybe the clutch setup is differnt please help me out!!!!

no it was a 4 speed stick and i put a 5 speed in the know the tranny is good but im i orderd a stock honda cluch from the deal and i gave them my vin to get the clutch idk

why would you get stock replacement clutch? and your problem would only relate to putting the 4 speed back in. unless you got a 4 speed tranny again which you thought was a 5 speed. ive went from 4 to 5 and back to my og 4 speed trans no problem... you sound like a asking this simple yet difficult question....

oh btw, check to see if there is even a 5th by trying to put it in the 5th gear position...........

----- bitch dont test me skills ive done it my self in my d16a6 crx i blew the 5 speed and a friend gave me a 4 speed put it in and i work fine. yeah i know its a 5 spped i got it from jim and had it rebuilt and sold it so go ---- ur momthers, sister. daught that u call ur girlfriend and fell good about it. im not the one workin on it he sent me a message complaing that it dosent work idk what his problem is i just wanted to hear storys of what it might be not ur bull ----....and ur girlfring has a muff just like
