Got a 95 honda civic with intake/exhaust. and at full throttle slowwwwwwly reaches 100mph then wont go faster unless goin down a huge *** hill. Anybody got an explanation behind this? Please help.

No no no to most of those, its an Ex..only myself and i weigh 140, so im not the problem.

ur vtec is limiting your speed sensor signal....this happens more often then people notice....the solenoid valve is just sticking open causing your vtec to stay on which makes your ECU recognize your still at WOT in vtec so it changes your fuel maps and such.....just hit your vtec solenoid with a hammer till you hear the valve close....it should sound like a cracking sound when the valve closes....don't worry if you damage the solenoid....it doesn't hold oil or anything so if it cracks there no harm
