Default Tranny problem d16z6

The tranny grinds in 1st,2nd,reverse, when you put them in gear at a stop.
The car still tries to move a little,even if the clutch is pushed in.
Sometimes you can move the gearshift around rolling and it goes in fine.

So i pulled the tranny out and the fingers on the pressure plate are evenly flat.
Not bent outward, like they usually are.

I just changed the oil in my tranny like 2 weeks ago, when it started doing this.

Just wondering if somebody could tell me if it happened too them,
and what it was.

I don't want to pop the tranny back in, and it still do the same thing.

I blead the clutch when i put a new slave,and master cylinder on.
I left the pedal adjustment alone.I did mark it, so i would know how it was
adjusted stock.

I don't know why 3rd,4th, and 5th are fine going in gear.I think it has something to do
with the tranny.Maybe a bent fork arm? Maybe the pressureplate is wore out.IDK

I just bought a y7 tranny to throw in it for now.I got screwed on the deal, because i have no 2nd gear.Oh well....

Z6 = worn/broken 1-2 shifter fork, 88-95 don't bend

Y7 = CS Clutch side bearing has walked out of the case

Both are typical failures.
