If you browse through mcmaster they sell steel that can be hardened, as well as some that is already hardened to different degrees. I forget what one is the hardest you can get yet still machine, I'll have to look it up I just used some cause I didn't have the time to send it out to get heat treated after machining. And if you don't have access to any cad, get me some dimensions and I'll model it for you. Kick ass project btw |

Sseries is easy to work with the honda dizzy, it the 16v 4A-GE sidemount dizzy im concerned about. Isnt going to be quite as simple... |
