Squishy brakes after installing pads+rotors

I will bleed brakes at least a few pumps whenever I toutch them, even if it is just pads and rotors. Gives me a piece of mind and keeps those stubborn bleeders free so they dont bust off when I do need to open them up.

another thing that I have found works well and is a good practice is pushing the fluid out through the bleed screw when you push the piston back in for the new pads. That way you are not pushing dirty and heat cycled fluid back up into the lines. Just makes for better fluid in the system, and keeps dirt and ---- from moving up the lines.
