Default Spun Thrust Washers

I bought a d16z6 bottom end and i took it all apart 2 nite and i discovered broken thurst washers in the pan. When i look at the main cap and look at the bottom end of the cylinders, i see scratches. Obviously, the thrust washers spun, cause the bearings look fine. I'm building a race engine for boost out of this. I know that i should have the crank checked out, but should i have the main cap reworked? I see swirls of the inside wall of the cap. Or will i be good with just cleaning up the cap and replacing the bearings? I looked at the crank and i don't see problems. Should i have it looked at too? I have King bearings for it and if i have it polished, wouldn't i have to buy new bearings?

thrust damage like that could have damaged the fillets on all nine bearing journals, along with the weird side loading of the pistons.......
