Default Smoking b16..help

Kinda messed up a little. Didnt tighten the spark plugs enough, so the plug cylinders filled with oil (I think thats the reason oil was in there). Anyway, I pulled the plugs out and let the oil drain back in. Cleaned everything, re-installed the plugs, and started it. There is tons of smoke coming out the exhaust. Is it ok to run and just let it all burn off? What should I do? Thanks-
