Default slave cyl. question HELP!!!

well I finally got over the headache of my hydraulic to cable conversion kit in my 93 civic hatch. It was actually so easy to install I feel stupid. But, to my question now. My reservoir is full, lines have been bled to get rid of air, but my slave cylendar dont move like it should. I believe that when I press my clutch the little ball on the slave cyl. should pop out, right? then when I let off it goes back? Well, I have to pump my clutch a few times in order to actuate my slave cyl. Then the tranny arm goes up but wont go back down. heres a pic of the setup, i could use some help. do I just need a new slave cyl? thanx.

how in the hell is that slave even mounted? it looks like its floating in the air under the arm of the release fork.

There should be no fluid leaking out of the slave at all, it should retract smoothly when releasing off the clutch pedal.

man, are you kidding me? that looks very half ***? 1 bolt? I think you need to compress the cylinder and mount it up with both those bolts?

1 bolt is all that fits. Like I said I'm working on making a new bracket that'll hold both bolts, but if I use both bolts on this one it moves the lever up. That one bolt is also the only bolt in all of it right now, just up there to fit and see what needs modified.

hmm, is this a homemade setup I assume? The slave needs to be fully compressed riding right on the release lever in order for this to work right. Have someone press the clutch in and out and watch to see if the whole unit is moving around, I cant imagne 1 bolt being enough support for that.
