SI exhaust cam

I heard somewhere that the 99-00Si exhaust cam is better than the type r exhaust camshaft does anyone know if this is true.

lol.. no its not true, its weaker then all the b16 cams (lol well they are the same!!) and the gsr is better.. itr/ctr

Actually ive heard of the itr exhaust cam in other dohc vtec heads yields about 5hp. Thats compared to usdm dohc vtec head. My two cents. The ctr cam is more aggresive though.

maybe it was the gsr cam cant really remember its been awhile I dont know im just glad i got the answer

I believe the combo for best results is ITR Intake cam and CTR Exhaust cam.

its been proved that most of hte aftermarket cams are far too agressive to use on a boosted setup. its also hard to find a good price on "turbo" cams
