y8 cam v. z6 cam

is a y8 cam any better than a z6 cam? -turbo application of coarse.

found a y8 cam for $20, just courious if it would be worth pickin up?

Umm I have no idea, but I really doubt it will make that much of a difference.

I was thinking the same, but for $20, if it made any more power at all, it might be worth it.

Well seeing as how long it takes me to work on my car when I am doing anything, it would not be worth it for me. Just turn your boost controller up a ---- hair if you want a little more power.

because of the timing difference, if u ever switch cam u will need a adj. cam gear also. = more$$$ :P

I would guess that the gains if anything would be negligable.

I think i will just stay with the Z6 cam. it probably wouldnt be worth going through all of the hassle of changing it out. I could probably pull the same gains with a cam gear.
