Default Rotor

Does anyone know why my rotor in my distributor would not come off it is like jammed on there the screw is out but the mother ****** won't come off.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

i ended up takin a hammer and chisel and breakin it into little pieces when my set screw got stripped.
