problem with my b16

Default problem with my b16

i rebuild my b16 i put je piston 9to1 comp with eagle rods. the head is work. now i put it together and did a compression test and it read cy#1 60psi #2 140 #3 140 #4 120 i also did a leak down test and it comes outwhere the valves but it could be coming out where the headgasket. i took out the dipstick and i hear the air in there. could it be a valve or rings need help.

if you built the engine with new pistons. you got new rings right? why throw 800 dollars down for pistons and not get a 55 dollar set of rings

i did put new rings maybe i ---- up i don't know could it be the head

did you gap them? and use the ring compressor tool?

ya proper gapping is essential. Also what size are those pistons, did u check the bore on the block?
