Portmatch and polish it dude...trust me, it's worth the effort. Don't go too crazy, remember that aluminum is soft, and it's not that hard to take out a crazy huge chunk of it Also, here's an insider tip for around the venturi...don't knife-edge it, leave it kinda fat. I've tried both ways, and the fatter venturi actually flows more and faster on the flow bench. Kinda acts like an airplane's wing, forcing the air in. And remember...you can go smooth as glass on the exhaust side if you want, but keep the intake side rough, not too rough, but just rough enough for the intake charge to atomize properly
