PCV pump. What you think?

That pump probably wont do dick, since it is for fluid.

Just vent it, or hook a catch can and a vacuum line to the intake and be done.

It says self priming, so I was thinking that it would pull a vacuum. I'm not sure how I would keep it from over heating though

i will work for a little bit but wil overheat pretty quick since there is no fluid going through it.

im pretty sure they sell some small vaccum pumps there though

Smog pump run off the accessory portion of the crank pulley or an electric one.

Torgan I've heard of people using A/C compressors to run a vacuum. I've got a few laying around, just not sure how much of a vacuum that would create. what do you think?

If you're doubting a crank powered compressor I would get an electric smog pump off ebay or something... less fab work (brackets and belts and ---- to go wrong) and $40.

The cheapest I can find is 80.00 for a used one. I'll just keep searching maybe I'll turn something up. Try to hit up some local junkyards too, meh you never know.
