Default ONCE AGAIN! motor mount inserts.

So my last post got deleted somehow How do these work? The poly. inserts ... how do they go in.. and do they help alot? This is on a 91 civic with a d16z6.

make sure you do it by hand, i used the air compressor ---- (cuz im lazy) and broke the weld inside the frame.

must have been pretty rusty, this is the first time I've heard something like this happen

it was my first time doing it, I was like wtf did I do. I think it happened because of the gun, it was set too high and I think that just the force of it broke it off. I just cut a peace of the frame and put new bolts and welded it back.
