I put those poly mount inserts in and it takes getting used to. It makes the car very buzzy and you can here all the rattles. Not to mention starting from a stop is a bit nerve racking if you are used to your plush launches. I took mine out before I installed my turbo but may get another set.

I hate short shifters. I owned one of those cheap ones back in the day put it in it after I did my first sohc vtec swap and I started missing grinding gears. Some people like them but I destroyed a good si trans in 3 months it usually takes me atleast 9 months to get 3rd to grind with my stock shifter

i used some polyeurethane tubes from osh hardware for about $3-5. one of the best upgrades imo. engine is solid, no more wheel hop. i did all 5 mounts and no shaking like some people say. stealthmode used the same and he will testify it's benefit.

I didn't use any inserts, just the window weld. It doesn't seeem to shake like everyone says.
I'll be parting my car out soon which will include those mounts and a b&m short shifter with bushings.
