ONCE AGAIN! motor mount inserts.

So my last post got deleted somehow :S How do these work? The poly. inserts ... how do they go in.. and do they help alot? This is on a 91 civic with a d16z6.

make sure you do it by hand, i used the air compressor ---- (cuz im lazy) and broke the weld inside the frame.

it was my first time doing it, I was like wtf did I do. I think it happened because of the gun, it was set too high and I think that just the force of it broke it off. I just cut a peace of the frame and put new bolts and welded it back.
