Default obd2-obd1 issues

hey,
I just converted my d16y7 to obd1 using a p06 ecu. at first all I thought that i needed was a harness and the ecu, then I found out I needed the 2 wire IACV.

so here is my current situation. I have a y7, with a y8 intake manifold, a z6 throttle body and z6 IACV. I'm still throwing an IACV code even though I switched to the 2 wire one. I'm thinking:
a)my iacv is bad
or
b)my wiring is wrong

I haven't messed with the 2 wires too much, but I cut out the 3rd orange one, and then hooked up the 2 left. I've tried both ways, and it acts the same which makes me think the IACV is bad. However I've heard that I might need to repin A14 on my ECU to A12.

does anybody have any experience with this that might help. I'm confused and on cold medicine so it's harder than normal lol.

also what is the little nipple on top of the z6 throttle body for?

You have to repin it to work. I have done it, it works.

Look at your wiring diagram and its half way down depending if you are OBDIIa or OBDIIb.

Ok, new problem. I repinned the ecu, and my code went away but the idle is still all fawked up.

So I took it for a ride down the street to see what was going on, and the cel turned on again. I went home and checked it and it turned out to be code 43, the fuel supply code.

I know my fuel supply is good considering the car ran perfect before I put the obd1 ecu in it. One thing to note, my A/F gauge is staying on lean pretty much the whole time.

edit: cleared the ecu, and now the 43 code won't come back. I don't think its related. I just have a funny idle without any codes. I'm thinking that it might be related to the little nipple on top of the Z6 throttle body. What is this for?

any other ideas on what the problem could be?

If the nipple pulls vaccuum that is your problem.
