Default o2 sensors ?
will a stock b series o2 sensor from and odb0 LS fit without any modifications into a D series header ?

thead pitch is the same, and if they are obd0 they are both 1 wire o2's with the same connector, only difference could be the length of the wire, but thats no big deal.
