new fuel problem thread *updates*
Car gives a "fuel delivery system" CEL.
I have gotten it narrowed down to full throttle situations only. I can drive around at partial throttle, and it won't come onmost times.
I have a Y8 in a 94 EX civic. Only thing not Y8 is the TB, which is a OBD0 LS with a Z6 wheel on it. MAP sensor is OBDI, mounted to the firewall. No problems there.
IAT is still hanging out, havn't mounted it to the intake pipe yet. but connected still, so I doubt that would make a code go off.
Replaced fuel lines in the engine bay and fuel filter. Checked all gaskets and seals related to the fuel rail. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Only things I can think of are FPR.
Anyone ever have this CEL, and what ended up being the problem for you?

I've had it come on for two reasons. One was a bad o2 sensor. The car was seeing lean conditions from the o2 sensor so it was dumping more fuel than necessary to get to what it thought was stoich.
Second was the fuel map was way too rich and the ecu couldn't correct enough so it threw a code 43.

What fpr are you using cray? The stock y8 one or something else? The SOHC FPR are rated higher then nonvtec FPR incase you didn't know. Hmmmm go buy a adj fpr and see if that works. If it doesn't help out then at least you have one now for that bling factor. :P
