lol, maybe "engine management" is to big of a word, WHAT ECU ARE YOU USING, WHAT ACTIVATES VTEC, IS THE ENGINE TUNED?

basically, your 60 ft time sucks, you need to learn how to launch, but even that... your mph is incredibly slow for that engine. I had a d16a6 in a crx with I/h/e that hit 15.4 @ 89mph. Your setup is not tuned correctly, whats your base timing at? Do you still have a cat convertor? Is your clutch biting good?

my crx ran the same as Abaz. I actually have 3 or 4 runs on VHS. (I wasn't the owner at the time but its the same car). I'm going to try and get them to a PC file.

no offense, but that time sucks. i ran a 15.8 consistint in my 90 integra with 217k mile, stock clutch (slipping a few seconds 1-3) with intake, and manifold back exhaust.

get your 60' time down. i was 2.5 and got to 2.2. it took a few tenths off my final time.

other "mods" included
short shifter
weight reduction (car weight 2680 with driver) (usually weights in around 2850 with system and all)
yokohama yx420 tires.
lowered (didnt help times, so not really important).

when you put a new head on the block what opperates the vavetrain? ohh could it be the cams? So you are telling me that when installing a new head that their is no possible way the timming could be off? I have encounterd this with my motor i had installed a new head and took it to the track and ran a 15.8 checked my timming and it was off, went back through (only off by a few centi.off) and i could pull a 14.3 .When the timming is off the valves dont open all the way and at the right time. So basically you are starving it for air. Thats my recomendation if you dont like it dont try it i dont give a ----

just wanted to throw this is. IF the cam timing was off it would still open the valves all the way. It would just open them at different TIMES. So chill on projekteg cuz you ---- up too.
