just what im looking for. were you using an external coil? if so which one would you recommend?

 

its very easy to install. you're basically using 2 wires that go to your stock coil and adding power/ground. look at the install diagram.

i'm using the msd blaster 3.

 

okay so now ive got the msd 6a, an msd power cap, a blaster 3 coil and msd 8.5 mm plug wires.

just need to install everything today, ill post pictures when im done.

 

i have the blaster ss coil. i like it. its not very dificult to install and i have an extra msd modified dis. cap if anyone wants it. it says it will fit d16z6, but i don't know that else it will fit. make me an offer.

 

here is my old setup with the btm. i have new i/c, piping, bov, and no btm now.

 

thats exactly how im planning on doing it, but theres not quite enough space for the 6a so ill probably have to ------rig it to some extent.

 

relocate the battery, then use that space.

 

good call that would be pretty pimp. i wouldnt mind the battery in the trunk anyways, so i can switch to one of those enormous optima yellow tops.

actually i think i can get those thru my werk, we can usually get a decent deal . i'll have to check it out though.
