Re: Motor Blown?
Man f22a1's are so cheap or even f22b2's man you can find them for like 250-300 bucks all day long....It's really nothing to worry about like ghettoturbo said get it tuned..........I was going to pay blundar 500 bucks to tune mine but now I feel I've learned enough on pgmfi.org and here to do it myself...so I'm spending the 500 on a wideband crome pro and an ostrich....I may regret it but i'd like to do it myself

THats a great plan, i was thinking about learning how to tune myself, and i still have the old motor, it just has lots of miles on it, but it has no leaks, and has never been fucked with, so in the first place i should have just turboed that motor, then the new one i should have really build up, not just new gaskets and berrings, live and learn, i will be back to boostland soon enough.

Re: Motor Blown?
Yea so the motor overheated and that why it blew, there was a half size radiator in it with no fan (owned) that was my mistake, now my question is, will one of those ebay all 2 1/2 inch thick half size radiators really cool the motor down enough, and i got the slim fan to fit on the radiator, ive seen some 300$ radiators and some 90$ radiators, all say the same thing, 25% more cooling power that stock, i only have room in the accord for a half size cause of my setup, would one of those help me out at all, and does the rand really make a diff.

just go to jy and get a s10 rad. i have one in my hatch and it stays cooler longer. fits fine. if your gonna get a half rad. pay the extra money and get a oem 92-95 civic half rad. i think it is. either way it goes just get a rad that fits and is good.
