I dont know you so ill answer the question.....
There isnt a lot of differance between the JDM and USDM. The fuel rail inlet where you bolt up your fuel line is on the other side. Just use an old one out of an accord or something. Also the comp ratio is a tad bit higher on the JDM not by much but its a little bit higher. A JDM h22 ecu has traction control also that will give you a code unless you go hondata or uberdata to get ride of the code. Thats all i can think of so far. I know on my USDM f22 the half shaft is a female on the tire side and the JDM is a male on the tire side.. easy fix 3 bolts and swap it out... OH yea the wiring harness is on the other side... you will need a USDM wiring harness( or deal with a major pain in the ***) Anyone feel free to add anything i missed..
