It IS your ignitor. Replace that and you'll be golden.

You said there is some rust on the rotor? do like you said and sand it up, and hit the points inside the distributor cap too.

Yeah I hit with the sand paper, and I the distributor cap and button are new. I got to looking at the ICM and it had a small cut on one of the wires and was exposed. So I bandaged that up and now she runs like a charm. thanks for the input guys.
