Default major problem.. No fuel injector pulse

I did a swap and it was idling while about 30 minutes. To check for leaks. Anyway then I hooked up the throttle cable to and tried to adjust the tps sensor. Well when I hit the gas it would bog and finally it bogged and died. Now when I try to crank it Its not sending fuel. I know its has fuel pressure since I hook the fpr off and cranked which sprayed fuel everywhere. Then I tested the injectors buy manually turning them on and they worked. So i think I'm not getting a fuel injector pulse. Is there anyway to test for this? Anyone have any idea whats going on and how to fix it?

Details on the swap...car, engine, ecu?

So the last thing you changed before the problem was adjusting the TPS?
What voltage did you set it too? (.3-.4 closed, 4.5 wide open)

Any codes?

CHeck your wiring again.. Since the TPS wiring and the Injector wires are in the same "main" harness (behind the block under the intake manifold) when you were adjusting the TPS, a wire may have come loose. If you did not mess with the wire harness then I do not know what to tell you.
