Default oil feed/return problem (major)

I have run into somewhat of a major problem here.

As I was lining up the oil lines I noticed that the feed/return off the turbo is not facing up/down, but rather 90 degrees the opposite. I tried rotating the exhaust housing but to no avail. It has 6 bolts connected to it but when I tried to remove them some more problems arose:
1) Most of the bolts couldn’t come out all the way because the cast iron turbo was blocking it (in picture)
2) Even when I loosened them I couldn’t get the exhaust housing to rotate.

Am I not doing something to help this thing rotate? Or am I up ---- creek here?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have taken a few pics to illustrate my issue.

and if i am able to move it, i still cant figure out how these bolts are holding it together....i would assume the same way the compressor side is doing the job but this looks a little different.

dodge 2.2 T3

sort of figuring it out now.

Google > me

the housing might be fused in there, just need a lot of lubrication to move it.

Those bolts sandwich the housing and center section. Loosen them off as much as you can and spray it with wezel **** (wd40) let it sit for about six mounths and then it will come apart. Seriosly though you are going to have to work at it because they size up like a bithch. Good luck
