Lube teh slippery funness
Right now I'm running Castroil 10w-30. I plan to boost my D16Z6 after I finish my auto to manual swap.
So, my two questions are 1) Should I switch to synthetic or stay conventional and change weights? 2) What tranny oil is gonna be my best bet?
BTW 170k on the motor.

Rotella T has been proven time and time again to be one of the best if not the best conventional oil. It's regarded as the best break-in oil by everyone, including old school hot rodders. If I were limiting myself to conventional there would be no question in my mind about it.
