Alright i have a 92cx with a b18b in it and its completely stock. I want a ls/vtec turboed thats my goal. My firend has a ls/vtec thats already made but its taken a part. It needs new pistons and rods before I put it back together because its got stock internals. Its a b18a block with a obd2 b16 head with gsr cams. It looks like it needs new valves because the ones in it are black but i don't know how to tell. He said he'll sell it to me for like 500 but i know he'll take 400 if i show up with the money. Hes already taken it to my house also. Do you think its worth it or should i just save up and turn my ls into a ls/vtec?

I want vtec because my friend has a fully build turbo motor by JE (because thats his sponser) and its a b16a. when it hits vtec its so massive the tires break loose in every gear.
