Default LS motor build and shops

91 Integra LS--right now I have a b18a1 engine with 170k on it and finally blew a ring, so now I have decided to go with a newer
JDM B18b
Wiesco dished pistons
Scat rods
and need the oil pan welded for a turbo line

but none of the shops will do all that one shop said that they would install the engine another said they would weld the oil pan, and a third shop said that they would install the pistons and rods.

So my question is do you guys know of any shops that would do all of that work?

3. Let the machine shop assemble the motor, if you don't feel comfortable doing it

2. Oil pan = JBweld

1. Install = you and a buddy

Exactly save money and learn at the same time. I'm not a big JB weld fan though I'd let someone weld the bung on there when you know exactly where you want it. Unless you know a buddy with a welder in that case do it your self. But JB weld will work if you have to use it.

Spanish is not the best language I speak. but I have decide that there is no way around going to 3 different shops
I am going with

Glenn's welding = oil pan
Bills or Action machine shop = assemble the motor
Install = ? I called around and most shops wanted $1400-2000 I thought that was crazy since the motor just bolts in
I don't have the tools and neither do my friends to do the engine swap such as engine lift, air compressed tools(make the job a lot easier) and other tools. Do you have any other suggestion on any shops I called Acura $2500 Brets Intependent $1400 Japanese Auto Care $2000 Z sport $1500 all prices are just for install (no rebuilding or gaskets)
Do you know anyone in Washington that will do it for less than thoughs prices.

Buying the tools will probably cost less than $1500 and then you get to do it yourself.
