Default Any good rebuild shops?

Just got my new tdo5 turbo in and I wanted to get it rebuilt. Anybody know of any good places I could send it off to to get it done for around 200? Abd exactly what do they do when they rebuild it? Just replace the oil seals and the bearings right?

What would be good is a step byt step with pics. I started taking apart my ---- last night but the shaft bolt was on there real good and I thought I wasn't doing something right, so I stopped. Thanks to Fiero-god I got that far, but a write up with pics is due :P
