LIMP MODE HELP

hi my ecu is on limp mode since ive instaled my turbo and i was wondering what should i do or chek to make it go ?? should i check the codes ?? help plz

it is a civic 91 with a engine swap d16z6 with t3 super 60 turbo

My car was in limp mode for a long *** time. Ended up being three blown fuses under the dash

. Check all your fuses.

ok ill chek fuses but depending on the chips sometimes on neutral i could rev it pretty hight but when i tryed to roll didin go more then 2k-3k (dont have my rpm instaled yet)
