integra seats in 96 civic sit higher?

this is hybrid /tech i guess..

i have newerish integra seats in my 96 civic sedan (came with it ) they seem to sit higher then stock ones ive sat in, is this a known issue?

i know Ef hatch seats are higher then CRX seats unless you swap out the seat pans. might be worth a shot, i doubt they would sit any higher with the civic pans/rails
