Default Installing ARP headstuds

Has anyone been able to remove the stock headbolts without having the head move. Want to put my ARPs in but don't feel like replacing the HG since it's still ok.

there`s two drown pin between the head and the block.
it shouldn`t move at all as long as you don`tlift it.
but i think oil and coolent will sweep throught the gasket surface once the bolts loosen.

what seal?

You know you dont have to entirely remove all of the stockers before installing the ARP's

Remove one stocker, slightly torque down an ARP in its place, just go in a criss cross type pattern

Dont see why it wouldnt work

just wait til the hg blows, then put the arps in with a new hg, if it doens't blow, you don't need the arp's anyways
