Both Colt Cams and Shadbolt Cams do regrinds and they are located in the lower mainland of BC.Both offer some of the best customer sevice I have ever experienced.I sent a email to both inquiring about getting a regrind and I received a phone calls in return, in which we had a 15-20 min discussion about goals for the car,an explanation of how cams are regrinded etc.I was truly amazed at the service.Both offer excellent product as well.

as well as 8k is Ls/vtec range for rpm and it is recommended a swap to ARP rod bolts as well.

Just stick w/ stock redline martin.

you should have upgraded you engine while it was on the engine stand
Its more work than you think if you wanna start reving higher and get a decent amount of power
