ARGH SON OF A BITCH! now my tach doesn't work.

This is beginning to become a pain in my *** and making me feel like a :1

My d16z6 never gave me this many problems!!!!
So... it starts up... revs to 3k rpms for a couple seconds, then shuts itself off. I'm about ready to fly someone out to my house and have them fiix it. This should have been an EASY swap. ...


New update... Once it's above 4000 rpms... It revs pretty easily and becomes throttle sensitive... once i let it go back down, it puts out to almost nothing.. i'll tap the gas, and then it'll go back up to 3k rpm. THIS IS NOT HOW AN ENGINE SHOULD BE BROKEN IN!!!! And i'm getting pissed because i do not want to blow this engine... There is some blue smoke coming out the exhaust when it is up at 3k rpm... I'm thinking maybe because the rings havn't broken in yet? Either way... i'm a bit pissed about this... WHO CAN SOLVE THE RIDDLE

I can't get a z6 dizzy until thursday.
How do i turn the cold air idle down?

Tach problems;

- ignitor synthesizes tach feed and shoots it to the cluster via the blue wire on the 2P connector.
- logic (thermostat) ground problem
- wiring
- faulty tach
