how to look for a bent valve??

i got a free LS head from my friend and he said that one of the valve might be bent..whats the easiest way to find a bent valve?

there is no "easy" way, but to see if u have a "really" bent valve, pour some liquid down the intake/exhaust ports...if they're really bent, or not sealed well, it'll leak right out.
