How do I tell the difference between a DX&Si tranny?
The d16a.com link doesn't work anymore.
I wish I knew what happened to it. Hell, I'd pay to keep it running. I like this link:
http://crx.honda-perf.org/math/index.html
This helps with the "...I was going 45mph in X gear..."
Just plug in the numbers.
I really miss the d16a.com site. That one gave the # of rotations on the mainshaft vs the diff, helps determine dx or si tranny b4 you install.
Heres another good one for a set rpm any 1-5 gears & any final drive calculator:
http://nonsense.netfirms.com/speed.html
Check it.
