i did this when i did my swap a few months ago..

keep the reservoir full at all times when doing this. put a hose over the bleeder nipple and the other end in a thing of brake fluid(hydraulic fluid). loosen the bleeder screw a lil and push the clutch pedal down. tighten bleeder screw. lift pedal back up off the floor. open bleeder screw, push clutch to floor. close bleeder. pick pedal up off the floor. repeat. it took somewhere between 5 and 10 times before i began to build pressure in the clutch.

here's a gangster trick. if you fill the hose with fluid and then connect to the bleeder and the other end submerged in fluid, then you shouldnt have to tighten the bleeder screw between clutch depressions. (so long as its not sucking back in the air bubbles its blowing out).

If there is fluid in it and you do what has been said, pressure should come back. Just pump it a lot after the bleeder is shut even if you have to pull it off the floor by hand. It should come back.

Make sure that the slave cylinder ball thingy is lined up with the fork. I had the same problem and what happened was that the ball would just push past the fork and i wouldnt get any pressure.

I use a mityvac, way easier and you only need one person to do it. took like 5 minutes...
