Default coolant issue, do i drain/refill or just bleed air?

ok i lost lots of coolant taking out my turbo... anyhow, should i drain/refill the coolant from my engine BEFORE or AFTER i put the turbo coolant lines again?

also is this better than just bleeding air??

so should i hook up my coolant turbo lines and everything, then drain out the coolant from engine, then refill up and it's ok to go?

put everything on your car. hook up the coolant lines.
start your car. then as its running put water in it, with the cap off. it will bleed itself. you will see little bubbles pop up until it stops then its done bleeding

well, you don't HAVE to drain it. just let all the water drain out. plug it back up. start the engine. and add water while its running. keep puttin water into it until its full to the radiator cap. then wait for the thermostat to open, then fill the rest back up. then let it run for a while. and air bubbles will popout, and once it stops you're done!
