I'll get to working on checking the vacuum on the booster.
ya, i bled the clutch.. I'll check that again too though
for the top end cutting out... it's kinda a 240 problem for the fuel pump to lose voltage at high boost and rpms.. does that sound like it could be my problem?

Make sure all your pistons on your calipers are working properly. Re bleed with a cross pattern. Not fronts then backs...and so forth. SS brake lines are suppose to make you pedal feel stiff....but I'm not sure how stiff they are from your explination. Check the booster vacumme psi in the manuel to see if they are up to par. If they are, its a simeple error made by you during the install.
What plugs are you using? Gap will count but sounds like a det issue. If you are leaning the fuel out to drive normally then you have an issue. What mass air flow meter do you have? An sr20 or 300x? You did a turbo upgrade with larger injectors with only a sfac to adjust? Lastly...what ecu are you wired for and what ecu are you running? Sounds like you have tuning issues. Safc can do the job but when you want to get into precision power tuning....they are crap. Is your timing retarded at btdc to compensate for the higher rpm pings? Wow........you really need to tune your car before your seals blow or gas leaks into the oil and foul up your motor. That happens to sr20's all the time. Sounds like you need a real management system to retune your car for street and wot at every rpm with timing retard per lbs. good luck
