HomeMadeTurbo ... helllppp mee!!! my car hates me

I've got three and a half main problems with my car right now.

first off - the easy one -
I need to reset the throttle setting on my safc... I changed motors and now when I floor it, the afc thinks im only at 95% throttle and it doesnt see the first 5% of the throttle. How can I reset the afc for the throttle learning?

Second - a bit harder -
the brakes are super stiff after I re did my brakes. I put on stainless lines all the way around, new pads in the back, and new drilled rotors all the way around. It feels like I don't even have a brake booster, but it was working fine before the brake job. I did swap motors at the same time, but i just checked and my check valves are pointing the right way and the lines are hooked up for the booster.

Thrid - little more intriguing -
I put a new clutch in and now its acting all weird. It's a act xtreme pressure plate anda 4 puck unsprung clutch. I also have a stainless clutch line if that makes a difference.

When I slip the clutch maybe 1 out of 3 times, the clutch locks up on me kindof... it makes a horrible squeaking whining sound, starts grabbing, and I have to yank it out of gear. then, I just take it out of gear, press the clutch, and its ok temporarily. Also, when I shift it feels like the clutch isn't in when it is. or.... I have to take it out of gear, press the clutch and let it out, and then press the clutch in to get it into gear.

but then sometimes its completely ok.

I looked at my clutch resivoir and it is above the max line... I don't know if it was like this before the issue, but do you have any suggestions?

Last problem - biggest issue -
This is all in a 89 240sx dohc swapped.
holset h1c turbo
52lb injectors
walbro 255
safc 2
10lbs
lc-1 wideband

When I floor it, it pulls hard untill 8ish lbs of boost and higher rpms. then it gets all messed up.
first off it broke up and then backfired... "b rrrrraaaaaattt!!" *pop*
then I leaned the top end out a bit and it got better bit was still messed up.

It breaks up earlier and earlier in each gear untill 3rd. no 4th gear rips yet...
when it breaks up It leans way out.. it'll go from around 12:1 to 20+.
airflow is only at around 62% max, so i don't think i maxed out my maf..
my timing is retarded 25 degrees btdc.. -5 degrees before stock for 10 lbs
I don't know plug gap, could that be it?

what else could be causing this issue?

As you can see I have a lot of problems. Thanks for reading. -Alex

cliffs notes -

1
how do you reset the afc?

2
why are my brakes so hard to press?

3
Why is my clutch randomly engaging and squealing at me

4
Why am i breaking up at high rpms

so is it a DSM? i never had to reset a afc to learn the throttle position, might try adjusting your TPS and see if that helps.

My car was breaking up at high rpm and it was the ecu. Try another ecu.

how long have you had the breaks.
you might just have to break them in.
I almost rear ended some one before mine broke in.

how much vacume at the brake booster?

Is the clutch disc in backwards?

20" on my boost gauge and the discs are in the right way. brakes have like 300 miles on them but they are soooooooooo stiff.. they're almost as bad as stopping with the engine off

I take it yours is a hydraulic clutch? Did you bleed it?

check the vacume right at the booster, past the check valves ;)
