Hissing while priming fuel system

Hissing while priming fuel system
Ok, just noticed this on my car today, not sure if it's normal.
My car had a weird miss earlier today after a cold start. Almost liking running on 3 cyl, kinda sounded like "bap bap bap bap bap".
a couple of revs and it went away. ??
Well, at home I decided to poke around for a loose plug wire or something. I turned the car off and poked around, found nothing out of the ordinary. Then i primed it, thats when i heard a weird hissing type noise from the engine bay (during priming, on and off w/ the CEL during initial key on).
First thing popped into my mind, fuel leak! So i looked around with it still in the ON position, and found no signs of fuel. Cycled the key a few times and this happens everytime.
Is this maybe a normal sound? (car was warm still). Can some1 w/ all the emissions junk do a test for me. Open your hood, prime the fuel psi, listen for a hiss from the engine bay. Thanks.
1. All emissions crap is as honda made it. Nothing removed.
2. No sign of fuel leaks, fuel level not dropping more than usual as per guage.
Thx

Re: Hissing while priming fuel system
That noise is normal
as far as the miss and then being cleared up after a few revs, its possible you could have some injectors slightly bleeding down causing fuel to enter the CC and make it run like *** for a split second. I use to see it all the time on Nissans. What do you plugs look like? sandford & son?

it seems to run like a champ after that split second.
ive got a spare set of 240cc obd-0 injectors im gunna throw on it later this week, new seals too, then gunna change all the vac lines (its got that shitty ricer red vac line crap).
thx for ur help jeff, any further thoughts?
BTW What is that hissing sound, glad to hear it's normal cuz i was guna bring a fire extinguisher with me tonight, lol

Re: Hissing while priming fuel system
oh.. and i did the injector to screw driver to ear test and they all have the same number of clicks per second (guessing here, but they all sound around the same). Except #3 has a different pitch to it's clicks, a little muffled compared to 1, 2 and 4.
and today, when i went to start it, the radio came on, and the hvac but the cluster was dead. I cycled the key and she came to life..
is that the sign of a bad ignition switch? or just loose ground?

Re: Hissing while priming fuel system
I think we have signs of a ---- owner?
The bap bap bap, could just be your normal honda piston slop when cold, or some loose valves. As far as a sticky valve, I havent seen to many on hondas.
