is this head swap ok?
so the ls i got for my car had bent valves... I picked up a b18b head for next to nothing off a friend whose building an lsv. The head has no cams or rockers, but all the valves are straight. Can i throw my b18a cams and rockers in the b18b head and call it a day? I dont feel like/have the time to find all the bent valves in the original head and swap everything out.
just looked up the part #s for the rockers and they are the same. I assume this is ok to do then because im pretty sure you can swap the cams.

Not sure if it's too late or not, but I would first get it machined to make sure it's not warped at all or has any gouges that will make it so it won't seal up correctly. IMO it's cheap insurance ($40 or less from my experience) that you won't have to tear it apart as soon as it's together.
Sorry to hear about the original head problems.

its cool.
i checked the head with a machinists straight edge and a feeler gauge, its straight. It sputtered and died this morning, its got good compression now; but its getting flooded with gas. I think i wired my injectors backwards. Do you know which side of an rc injector is positive?
