the gs-r swap is only 200 more? if so go for that!
but if u meant to say its $2,000 for the b18c1 and 1200 for the b16a2 then id go w/ b16 and the saved 800 could go for internals or a nice turbo setup.

Re:GSR Turbo Swap Or SI Turbo Swap????
why are gsr's so over rated. i think the b16 is all you need. my friend has a civic si and he almost always beats a gsr! i say go b16, use extra $$ for rods and pistons or standalone fuel management. when turboed i dont really see much of a difference. all the gsr's i see are just as fast as civic si's, mostly i see the si win. so why waist the extra dough?

I vote for the B16 .
cheaper and with the $800 extra bucks you can invest in a standalone and that gives you better tuning..and you can get more power and efficiency. although the GSR has better R/S I think...it's you decision..the GSR does have a different head design and intake mani than the other B-series. If you are choosy Do some research and get what better suits you
