Default Ls Valvetrain Issues...Has anyone heard of this happening?????

Ok so I start my car to go home from work and the oil pressure is 80psi and it sounds like a ------- rod bearing went out , thank god its not but.......the nut that holds the rocker pivit on a cylinder 4 exhaust valve is loose as hell, tighted her up and adjusted valve lash, sounded really tight, like a new motor again, then comes agrivation.........went for a "test drive" and it was ------- ticking hardcore!!! (with good oil pressure) Took off the cover and the threads for that nut wont thread on, nothing tightens up, so needless to say, Im driving it as is, blow up ****** just do it already!!!! Has anyone heard of this happening?? Should of just JB welded that stupid nut to the head...

No not the lash tensioner, its the nut/ bolt that the pivot ball end of the rocker sits in (actually toutches the aluminum of the head.

I have a complete B18B head. Need a bolt? Pay for shipping and I'll send it to you.

Saves you buying another engine.

I have about 20 extras of that part..

Just buy one from someone, install it, and save the motor.
